Half a year after the spring outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, the second wave of the pandemic has arrived. The radical increase in the number of infected is forcing more and more countries to re-impose restrictions, despite the fact that the world economy has not even recovered from the effects of the spring outbreak. Géza Szőcs, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán’s chief cultural adviser, has been hospitalized with a coronavirus infection, Index writes, and according to the portal, the 67-year-old poet and politician will receive a break.

The Index reminds us that it was recently revealed about Attila Vidnyánszky that the head of the National Theater with a coronavirus met Viktor Orbán at a meeting of the National Council of Culture on Monday. It is not yet known if Szőcs participated in the event.
