A terrorist named Brahim Aouissaoui is in his early twenties, he was shot by the police, but he is well out of the circumstances. At the hospital, he spoke of murder in honor of the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday. French counterterrorism knows its name from the Italian Red Cross.
