Two women and a man arrived drunk on December 7 last night, around 10-11, at a remote pub where the fourth offender was already present, and the victim, an innocent guest, was beaten and kicked for minutes.
According to the prosecution, it is not entirely clear what happened, but something like this happened:
- A woman told the victim at the counter why she was looking at her.
- Then several pushed the victim, who tried to catch the attacker in defense.
- Meanwhile, one of the women struck the victim’s head with her hand at least four times.
- During the fight, a woman and her brother beat the victim together, who first collided with the erected Christmas tree and then fell to the ground with her attacker.
- Another guest wanted to stop the attacking man, so he ran towards one of the women, kicked him with force and hit him with both hands.
- Meanwhile, the attacker hit the victim who was lying on the ground and also kicked him.
- The fourth offender involved in the fight was a man who also kicked the victim who was lying on the ground, then hit the man who was fighting the victim several times and also kicked him.
- The victim lying on the ground continued to be abused by the two women: one of them kicked, the other hit him with her hand at least five times.
The prosecution writes that no one was injured in the fight, and the 1-minute shared video even shows a beer being rescued and a bored guy at the counter drinking beer, mostly with his back to the events.
Following the investigation by the Esztergom Police Headquarters, the prosecution filed a motion in the prosecution for one of the men to be suspended and imprisoned by the Esztergom District Court, in the absence of a trial.
