DVTK beat Puskás Academy 3-0 on matchday eight of NB I football. Zsolt Hornyák, the PAFC coach, was very critical, while Tamás Feczkó, who led the Diósgyőr team, was more liberated.

Zsolt Hornyák, The Puskás Academy coach did not hide the problems within the team in his assessment of M4 Sport.

“We destroyed the winning team, the youngsters. We weren’t expecting nearly the entire starting team to be brought down by the coronavirus, and once these players are back, we’ll show a completely different picture. If there will be no order in the dressing room, if they will feel envious of each other and it is not up to the court to decide who plays and how strong, so I have nothing to gain here. Everyone just wants to control, but no one wants to play. I thought the youth series of victories had a motivating effect on the older players, but I didn’t even recognize my team in the last two games. To score such goals in the fifteenth minute …?! I speak of responsibility. We had a very strong midfield with Knezevic, Baluta, Plsek, Van Nieff. Of course, some of them are still out of shape, but here they have to show themselves on the field, and not only against Ferencváros, but also in Diósgyőr. For us, these are difficult games, We are not a star team that thinks you are so wrong. To play well, we had to work. We will not win anywhere without work! “

He remarked once again that they were in a difficult position at the start of the season to replace the full starting team with youngsters. with whom, instead, they had to play with a different style, which in turn worked.

“I was trying to make room for this for the older players who would have been at the beginning at the beginning of the season. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t know what was wrong. I feel that the players do not like each other, the relationships in the dressing room are not good. Those who do not play should not be offended, Puskás is now in a different situation than two years ago, the rival is better prepared for us. If we cannot adapt to this, we will not be stronger, then those results will come as they do today. I’m trying to change that, but how will I have the strength to do it? Either me or them. I’m open to adapting good tactics, which wasn’t a problem today either. But I can be prepared with any tactic if we play with mistakes like this and at twenty minutes we are two zero disadvantages. Players must look deeply into themselves, whether that happens or not. But then you have to regulate the internal order, to clean the locker room and leave those who play with the heart for the Rifle Academy.

Tamás Feczkó, DVTK head coach was able to evaluate more liberally this time.

“As I said last week, there is much more to the team than what we have shown in recent weeks. It is a special pleasure for me that we score goals from game elements that we practice. All my thanks to my players as they have implemented the tactics to the fullest. It was a pleasure to see us fight each other and we finally beat the match without scoring a goal. I’m very happy that our three attackers paid off, but it took the others, the movements, the empty areas that we found ourselves at a good pace. Drazsics’ goal gave a huge boost early in the game, plus we were back in the lead in a fixture after five weeks. We gave up today, which was combined with results. Once again, there is more to the team, we know what the fans and the club’s management expect and we are working to make that happen ”.
