Portuguese Grand Prix – Surprised by Lewis Hamilton

Like the first, Valtteri Bottas, the Finnish Mercedes driver, was fastest in the second Portuguese Formula 1 Grand Prix in Friday’s second free practice.

The second best time in afternoon practice was achieved by Max Verstappen, the Dutch Red Bull driver, while the third best lap was for the British McLaren driver, Lando Norris.

Bottas’ teammate, a six-time world champion, and Lewis Hamilton, who also led this year’s points race, finished eighth this time.
