A few hundred people attended the Wind Bernadett and the Ákos Hadházy organized a demonstration in front of the MTVA headquarters on Kunigunda street in Óbuda. Previously, it had been decided that the opposition parties would not join the demonstration and consequently interest was rather moderate.

Shortly after three thirty, Bernadett Szél said in his speech that the MTVA building today symbolizes a lack of freedom.

This institution broadcasts government propaganda from morning to night. (…) The public media carry out a political mission in Hungary.

Wind also emphasized that what MTVA does is “infinitely damaging to the entire Hungarian community”, causing divisions and “the hatred of more than 100 billion guilders every day”. He asked those who sympathized with him to tell all his acquaintances not to believe what “this TV broadcasts because it is a concentrated lie” and then he spoke that we are all “victims of this lie” on the side of the opposition. He noted that when he arrived for the demonstration, the police did not want to let him in. “It is an essential condition for free and fair elections to have debates without denying us the right to belong to the nation and our love for patriotism just because we think about the world differently than they do,” Wind said.

After that, Ákos Hadházy said: “In 1956 there was no coronavirus, there was no threat of epidemic. But those who went there ran a health risk, because a bullet is at least as dangerous to health as a coronavirus. “

This government does not govern, but campaigns

He continued, noting that “opposition politicians have not been able to enter this building for years.” According to the independent opposition deputy, the public media were the first public institution whose door was kicked in by the authorities. “A couple of days ago, the door to the Supreme Court was kicked in.”

At the same time, he added,

It is no coincidence that the public media were busy. As long as there is a dirty and lying propaganda machine, so is power.

I didn’t think there would be many people at the event, but those who did told us to “do it until we win or die.” In his speech, Hadházy repeatedly mentioned that there could be more people, and even spoke of Péter Jakab’s potato, with the advantage that those who vote for power for the popes should not be belittled.

Balázs Galkó after his recitation he was known for his misfortunes Zsolt Bede appeared backstage and pointed at Ákos Hadházy. There was a bit of a fuss between them, some oaths were heard (I don’t know from whom), and then Ákos Hadházy left the government propagandist. Bede yelled after the outgoing MP: “You have 200, do you hear me?”

Then the car and drone demo began.

There was also a heavy police presence at the event.
