According to the Metropolitan Court, the workers went on strike before the deadline.

As recalled in the communication, the SZFE strike committee had previously filed eight (first six and then two more) exact claims against the employer, the SZFE management, two points of which were met by the SZFE management.

In addition to the 10 percent salary increase indicated in the strike claim, the SZFE administration will provide an additional 15 percent salary increase for university employees as of January 1, 2021. In addition, the demand to be able to work was accepted based on previous work hours, the statement said.

As they write, the strike started on the basis of the six additional points set out in the strike demand was declared illegal by order of the Metropolitan Court on all points. In the case of the two points accepted by the SZFE management, the court also determined that the strike was started by the workers before the expiration of the statutory period for mandatory consultation prior to the strike.

According to the announcement, the members of the strike committee chased the SZFE workers into an illegal strike, so management asked the strike participants to continue their work under their direction.
