The advertising program of the National Tax and Customs Board has been running for two years now, with more than ten thousand pages of letters, brochures, forms and simplified guides. NAV is now looking for a communication specialist for the program in an advertisement, Magyar Nemzet wrote. The document cites the basic expectations required to fill the position and then highlights the special requirements expressed by the tax authority, including outstanding writing skills and advantage of copywriting, proofreading practice, and need of an advanced sense of humor.

According to NAV spokesman András Péter Kis, the candidate on the right should make easy-to-understand statements from a text filled with various official twists and technical expressions. In NAV, they trust that they will be recruited by those who are dedicated to linguistics, master communication and see it as a kind of profession to improve the functioning of the state.

András Péter Kis added: simplifying the official language and making it understandable in other countries is also an important issue, so there is a real literature on the subject. Those interested are not in a hurry, the deadline for submitting the job application expires today, that is, on October 22. Salary is determined under the Public Officials and Tax Offices Act.
