Three individuals informed the police that students from the University of Theater and Cinematographic Arts had not allowed Gábor Szarka, the former colonel to advance to the chacellar, to enter the building on Vas Street of the university, writes 24.hu.

When requesting the document, the Budapest Police Headquarters indicated that the report was made due to a violation of personal liberty and suspicion of other crimes. In all three cases, the police requested an additional report.

One of the three persons also reported abuse of the right to assembly in four other cases, which were assessed as reports of rape. Of the four reports, two have been rejected by the police and two are still under investigation.

The new rector tried to enter the university’s Vas Street building on October 8, but got stuck in blocking the students. He then ordered the evacuation of the university, which in turn did not happen, and has since been subject to continuous sanctions against university students, such as kicking them out of rooms or turning off the internet.
