According to the information, sildenafil and tadalafil, as well as paracetamol, were detected in the capsules marketed by Lak.I Medical Kft. And the further distribution of the product was permanently banned.

Dietary supplements are considered food in accordance with current EU and national regulations, in which the use of an active pharmaceutical ingredient is prohibited. According to its labeling, the product contains only plant active ingredients, which does not correspond to reality, which is why it is considered a fake. Its consumption can pose a serious risk to the health of consumers, writes Nébih.

The authority will impose a food inspection fine on the distributor and will file a criminal complaint for counterfeiting, Nébih said.
