Due to the Sajó flood, a section of the road from Highway 26 to Sajókaza in Borsod – Abaúj – Zemplén county was closed to traffic on Wednesday afternoon – Sándor Norbert Pécsi, head of the communication department of Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt., Informed MTI.

Previously, the section of main road No. 3 between Bükkábrány and Vatta was partially closed due to the flow of water, and vehicles of less than three and a half tons are diverted towards the M3 and M30 motorways.

It is also not possible to drive on the almost a kilometer and a half stretch of the Putnok-Borsodbota connecting road between Putnok and Sajóvelezd, you can reach Vadna. Due to the high water level of the Sajó, the ferry between Muhi and Köröm also does not operate.
