According to Zoltán Visegrády, many conspiracy theories were born in connection with the death of the former mayor of Cserdi. Now he stood up in public to explain the real reasons.

The mayor of Cserdi, Comarca de Baranya, László Bogdán, died on July 14, but he still has no official knowledge of the circumstances of his death. According to Zoltán Visegrády, a lawyer representing Bogdán’s relatives, “all kinds of unfounded conspiracy theories and legends were born in relation to the tragic death,” he published an entry on his community page on Monday to clarify them. In this he writes, among other things,

It is a fact that the tragic death of László Bogdán may be related to the failure of the important investments that he initiated, which is due to a financial accounting problem related to the investment that he initiated ”.

Visegrády added: László Bogdán considered these investments to be a matter of the heart, “but all his strength was ground by the success of the investment series.” According to the lawyer, the mayor named someone in his farewell letter who could be associated with the case.

The lawyer also claimed that the Baranya County Police Headquarters had ordered an investigation into an unknown perpetrator for dishonest dealing and that the investigation was ongoing, but no further information was provided in light of his interests. “And the relatives of László Bogdán obviously do not know the details of the case.”

László Bogdán ended his life with his own hands. After his death, an interim mayoral election was held in Cserdi, which was won by his brother Gyula Bogdán, an independent candidate.
