Crying, Kim Jongun apologized to his people

Kim Jongun delivered a speech at a mass military review organized to mark the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Korean Labor Party. The North Korean dictator, broken down in tears, apologized to his people for failing to properly govern the country during the recent difficult period.

Our people’s trust in me is as high as the sky and deep as the sea, but I don’t always understand it. I am so sorry for that

said the leader.

Experts say that the dictator is feeling increasing pressure due to international actions against the country and the difficulties caused by the coronavirus epidemic, which may explain the unusual emotional manifestation. Although North Korea did not even report an official coronavirus disease, the China-North Korea border was closed, drastically reducing trade movement between the two countries. And because of Kim Jongun’s nuclear weapons, international sanctions have been imposed against the country for years.

In his speech, the dictator expressed his support for those suffering from the coronavirus and said that he hoped his relationship with South Korea could improve. However, it will not recover nuclear and ballistic weapons, and stressed that it will mobilize the entire arsenal of the country in case of threat, which has now been expanded with a new long-range ballistic missile.

An unidentified US official said it was disappointing that North Korea was still working on developing its weapons while talks with the United States were completely frozen. The official would like to be able to have substantive negotiations with the dictatorial regime on the complete disarmament of the nuclear arsenal.
