The salary deal only favors doctors, in its one-sided form it can lead to massive life difficulties, career abandonment and even emigration among professionals, writes the Hungarian Chamber of Health Professionals (MESZK), which expressed frustration with the relationship of the medical service in an open letter to the Medical Chamber.

They added that the reason for the rejection is basically not the medical salary table published in the annex to the law, but the expectations and requirements described in the legislation, which, according to them, project a disadvantageous situation for professionals, and adversely affect many areas of the health care system, making patient care precarious.
Zoltán Balogh, president of the MESZK, wrote in an open letter to the president of the Medical Chamber, Gyula Kincses, that there are significant changes in the legal relationship that fundamentally change the practice of hiring professionals. It is feared that this will make it impossible for some institutions to function due to the lack of human resources for professionals, as the issue of multiple legal relationships will significantly harden.
A significant part of the Hungarian professional faculty can guarantee financial security, which was rightly required jointly in previous negotiations, jointly holding second and even third places.
