In one day, the number of infected people increased by 818, and 20 people between the ages of 53 and 91 died. Of the 20 people, 15 were found to have cardiovascular disease and the other 5 who died also had an underlying disease. The hospital cares for 627 people and 37 are on ventilators, 8723 people have already recovered.

Cecília Müller drew attention to the fact that the second wave of the epidemic is taking place in Europe and around the world. In all parts of our environment, the number of diseases is increasing significantly and with it the number of fishermen.

He noted that the number of infected young adults and middle-aged people has increased significantly in recent weeks. She noted that the number of illnesses among children under 14 is still not typical.

In Hungary 322 are positive for every 100,000 inhabitants, this is the data for the fortieth week, so it can be said that we are in the ascending branch of the epidemic. The highest incidence rate is in the 15-19 age group, with a value of 661 per 100,000 people.

Since the beginning of the epidemic, Budapest has the highest number of infected people, while Békés county has the lowest number, Müller said in relation to territorial distribution.
