It is increasingly likely that the previous leadership of the Hungarian Tennis Association (MTSZ) committed serious violations of the law when it paid outside companies with state funds.
The new management of MTSZ is constantly examining what has happened in the past and the further it progresses in the audit, the more depressing the outlook will be in recent years. The former management of the MTSZ knew exactly the legal requirements, announced the public procurement procedure for smaller items (for example, for the purchase of office furniture), which it also published in the Hungarian Gazette. Deviations from this can only be made in exceptional cases, when there is no time to wait, immediate action is required (for example, if the elevator breaks down in a hospital, prompt repair or replacement is paramount).
Billions not strictly controlled
The MTSZ is not only responsible for the difficult-to-control use of billions of guilders in public money. Execution against MTSZ
