A warning strike will be held Thursday afternoon at the Vas Street building of the University of Theater and Cinematic Arts (SZFE) with staff who agree with the means and objectives of the strike, the strike committee of the institution to the MTI.
According to the information, the SZFE strike committee began negotiations on Wednesday with the negotiating partner specified by law, the employer of the university employees who announced the strike, the vice-chancellor in his notice and the chancellor. A representative of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation for Theater and Film Arts also participated in the hearing.
In their statement, they emphasized that the university was not yet reluctant to resolve the situation in a negotiated manner, provided that it had its institutional and procedural guarantees. “At the same time, full university citizenship is committed to the protection of freedom of education and academic autonomy by all legal means at its disposal, and with the use of new means in addition to the existing ones,” he said.
After the trial is unsuccessful, the parties will hold their next meeting on Thursday.
