The former police officer and security guard thought he was enriching his fortune. Hoping for a financial gain, a wealthy businessman cheated on his wife who was living separately in April 2017 at the Újlengyeli exit of the M5 motorway. The middle-aged man prepared for the meeting, dug a nearby grave in advance. The 52-year-old woman was wounded with multiple stab wounds and a victim shocked by the loss of blood was buried.

The Pest County Attorney’s Office filed a charge in June 2018; it can be read on the website of the prosecutor’s office. By a first instance judgment of the Budapest District Court, the author was sentenced to life imprisonment for the crime of involuntary manslaughter and extraordinary cruelty committed beforehand and prohibited from conducting public affairs for 10 years. The man can be paroled after at least 30 years.

The author and his defender appealed against the decision, and the General Prosecutor of the Metropolitan Court of Appeals initiated the confirmation of the first instance judgment.
