The Indian summer still continues today, but in two days we will have true autumn weather. According to the forecast of the National Weather Service, Wednesday can reach 33 degrees, but the cold front will come from Friday and the temperature can drop to 15 degrees at night.
On Wednesday, veil clouds will come over us from the south, which may filter the sun a bit, and some cumulus clouds will also form. However, there will be no precipitation yet. It is reviving mainly on the Danube line and in the southern part of the country, in some places the southeast wind is getting stronger. The highest daytime temperatures are likely to be between 27 and 33 degrees. In the late afternoon, the air generally cools between 16 and 23 degrees.
Thursday, the highest daytime temperature, forecast between 25 and 31 degrees, still looks very encouraging, although according to OMSZ, we will already feel the effects of the impending cold front on that day, like Thursday. Thunderstorms are also expected, first mainly in the west and north and then elsewhere.
And the worst will come only after that, because a cold front will hit Hungary on Friday, and although the maximum temperature between 19 and 23 during the day does not seem so tragic, the temperature between 9 and 15 degrees is predicted for the night.
