Szabolcs Takács will be our next ambassador in Washington, announced Péter Szijjártó Secretary of State in the capital of the United States. Takács previously served as Secretary of State for EU Affairs in his Prime Minister’s Office, then continued at the Foreign Ministry, where he dealt with Brexit-related issues as Ministerial Commissioner.

Szijjártó said that with the help of the United States, Israel has signed a peace agreement with the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain. According to Szijjártó, Trump has done so much that he deserves the Nobel Peace Prize:

Szijjártó met with the resigned US ambassador in Washington, David cornsteinnel whom he thanked for “doing a fantastic job for the development of Hungary and the United States.”
