Due to the coronavirus epidemic, two more matches of the third round of Saturday’s men’s water polo tournament will be postponed.

According to the vlv.hu report on Friday, the KSI SE – FTC-Telekom Waterpolo and Eger-BVSC Zugló matches will not be played, in addition to the OSC-Kaposvár and Szolnok-Miskolc clashes, which have already been postponed.

The specialist portal was informed that a test of a teenage player at KSI was positive and that the team members went into voluntary quarantine based on the decision of the club’s management. In BVSC, on the other hand, all the tests have been negative so far, but in recent days some players have “presented symptoms”, have a fever, so the club did not take risks and also asked to postpone the match.

Spectators have been prohibited from entering the institutions under the supervision of the National Sports Centers, which in this case affects Komjádi and the swimming pool on Kőér Street. Thus, spectators can only be in Pécs during the round, they are individually subjected to body temperature measurements at the time of entry and the use of a mask is also mandatory during support.
