As the Diverse Region wrote, on June 30, 2020, the Bábolna Beach and Thermal Bath was inaugurated with an investment of 3,500 million HUF in an area of three hectares, in which three thermal pools, an adventure pool, a swimming pool children and a sauna offer recreation to visitors throughout the year.
Guests could not enjoy 38-40 degree Celsius sodium chloride bicarbonate thermal spring water for a long time, which has circulating and anti-inflammatory effect due to its iodide ion content. After just two months of opening, the spa is now temporarily closed.
We would like to inform our esteemed guests that due to staff shortages, our spa will be closed indefinitely starting today.
The facility said on Facebook on September 3.
A few hours later, the community portal informed the public that they were looking for a new manager with relevant experience for the position of spa director at Playa Bábolna and Baños Termales.
The condition for filling the position is a secondary education and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
