In the latest Sugarbird collection, the memory of Frida Kahlo stars.
Today Sugarbird is one of the most original Hungarian fashion brands on the market. Kahlo was a painter, public figure, and one of the most emblematic figures of 20th century Mexico. Frida’s Hungarian love, Nickolas Muray, that is, Miklós Muray, a photographer of Hungarian origin, played an important role in the development of the Kahlo cult. The photo below was taken by him in 1939. He also appeared on the cover of Vogue de France and Mexico anno.
