The central bank obliged the company to comply with the obligations specified in the resolution regarding credit risks no later than October 31, 2020 and no later than January 31, 2021 in the area of ​​information technology and security of the information.

The MNB forced the company to present its internal audit report on the monitoring of the implementation of credit risk obligations, discussed by the Board of Directors and approved by the Supervisory Board, no later than November 30, 2020 , and no later than February 28, 2021.
