In return, whoever undertook to devalue the product deposited later with the contractor on the basis of a quality complaint, so that the distributor can also benefit. All this happened in 2010, when, according to the prosecutor’s office, the businessman who sold the product in cash, without an invoice, returned HUF 135 million to Bigé, who did not pay his own company.

The prosecution proposed the confiscation of the bribe money, which had already been seized from the investigating authority’s László Bige bank account, and also considers it necessary to impose an additional fine of HUF 20 million. 24.hu About the case.
