It was not István Csernavölgyi who made the omission, but Miklós Kásler drove the leader with static speed in mid-April. Furthermore, according to the hospital’s full internal investigation, it was precisely the person whom the Minister of Resources temporarily entrusted to the institution after his replacement.

It was not the director general of St. George Hospital in Székesfehérvár who was replaced a month ago by the Minister of Human Resources, according to our information, according to the institution’s internal investigation. The investigation was initiated by the new CEO, László Bucsi, who confirmed our findings on Monday.

The replacement of István Csernavölgyi, who had led the institution for ten years, was recognized by the Ministry of Resources on April 11, only after the feol.hu he wrote on the basis of his own information, and the Director-General confirmed this. It also stated for the first time the official reason for the dismissal, namely that the institution was slow to provide data on the virus situation. However, he also added that the hospital by phone always transmitted it accurately. information. This, in turn, is not the responsibility of the CEO, but an administrative task; With the rest of the team, “he organized patient care at every hour of the day, cured, examined and focused on solving the epidemiological situation with each nerve.”

A few hours later, Emmi’s official announcement continued to justify the replacement of the Director General on the grounds that István Csernavölgyi had committed a serious omission, while announcing that until the appointment of the new Director General, István Reiber, Medical Director, he would manage the institution.

Although this assignment lasted only one day (because on April 12, Miklós Kásler had already appointed the new general director, László Bucsi, who would manage the hospital until the end of the official tender), it can be said that the temporary appointment of István Reiber It’s spicy. for the late provision of epidemiological data, on the basis of which Miklós Kásler replaced Csernavölgyi.

Although the results of the internal investigation, which took place over a few days, were not officially released by either the hospital or the ministry, it is revealing in retrospect that István Reiber resigned as medical director on April 17. The latter, according to our information, was requested by the new Director General, who called our information “correct” in his response on Monday.

On April 15, at the farewell to the former director general, László Bucsi justified the opening of the internal investigation by saying that the history of the establishment of István Csernavölgyi was not “round”, and then added that if the investigation found that the dismissed director was “clean”, then István Csernavölgyi can “add it to the later process that begins”, and if he finishes his rehabilitation, the moment he receives it from his predecessor, he gets up from his chair and leaves as soon as he arrives.

When asked if he would keep this promise, László Bucsi wrote to hvg.hu:

I have always kept my promises in my life until now, now it will be no different.

However, the file, as he wrote, will reopen once the former CEO’s labor lawsuit ends.

And this lawsuit can begin: István Csernavölgyi has already indicated in his statement confirming his replacement that he will take the necessary legal measures to protect the truth.

At his departure a month ago, the former CEO briefly spoke about seeing a reporting error as an excuse, unaware of the real reasons for his replacement. However, he did not want to say anything more because of the interest of the hospital staff or our newspaper. We were contacted again Tuesday with the results of the internal investigation, but I still did not want to comment.

A month after the replacement of István Csernavölgyi, Mayor Fidesz of Székesfehérvár, András Cser-Palkovics, also indicated that to reassure the public, he would consider it important for the city to know the results of the internal investigation. On Tuesday, the mayor’s communication office sent a laconic message to András Cser-Palkovics’ response to the question of whether he had received information on the exact reason for the replacement of the CEO and / or the result of a possible ministerial investigation in the last month:

No.

Until the publication of our article, Emmi also did not respond if she had started her own investigation into the omission case or if she accepted the result of the hospital’s internal investigation, that is, if she acknowledged that István Csernavölgyi had been removed from his post for reasons unfounded. We also wanted to know if there was any reason other than not providing information to replace the CEO, and if not, the internal investigation could result in the fired manager being able to resign. As soon as we receive a reply, we will update the article.
