Opera singer Domonkos Blazsó has disappeared

Budapest II Police Headquarters. The district police headquarters is carrying out a procedure in the case of the disappearance of Domonkos Blazsó, 42, who is in an unknown location, writes police.hu.

The 42-year-old man left the 12th district of Budapest on Sunday afternoon in an unknown location, and has shown no sign of life since then.

Domonkos Blazsó is about 175 centimeters tall, is bald and was wearing a shiny shirt and jeans when he disappeared.

Domonkos Blazsó was born in 1977 in Budapest. He graduated in piano and singing from the St. Stephen’s Secondary School of Music, and then studied oratory and solo singing in Stuttgart at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst as a student of Professor Bruce Abel. In 1997 he won first prize at the Budapest Song Contest. In the same year, he was awarded the 3rd prize and a special prize in the Ádám Jenő International Song Contest.

From 1999 to 2003 he was a member and soloist of the Honvéd Men’s Choir, from 2005 to 2012 of the Hungarian Radio Choir, and from 2012 to 2017 he was a member of the National Choir.
