As a result of consultations with clients, agreements were reached with almost all stakeholders. During the claims settlement process, the insurer fulfilled various obligations. In accordance with the law, Groupama Insurance also pays significant non-material damages, so-called damages, in addition to damages to the property of close relatives of the deceased, as well as those who are seriously or easily injured, as well as those who have not suffered direct physical damage. The insurers transferred the amounts under the agreements to the interested persons and their relatives.
