It turned out that while the children’s mother worked, her partner, Richard Richard, 34, was looking after their 5-month-old daughter and 2-year-old brother, who was found by police in the neighbors. The boy was crawling alone in the yard, so the neighbors welcomed him. Police released the two-year-old boy to his mother.
Richard R., after using drugs, did not care about the little ones, nor did he give them food or drink. Drugs and syringes were also found in the department.
R. R. was prosecuted for drug possession and for endangering a minor, and was detained.
