The Audi Hungária factory in Győr will restart on Tuesday, writes Kisalföld. Previously, it was known that depending on customer needs, it was planned to gradually restart production starting this week. The company sent those on paid leave who did not have to work during downtime.
The company promises that they have figured out how they can operate in a way that also complies with Hungarian health regulations. The main principle of this is distance, they tried to minimize the possibilities of personal contact and everyone should stay at least a meter and a half away. But in addition, for example, they will give hot food to packaged workers, provide masks and frequently disinfect their buses.

Alfons Dintner, Chairman of the Board of Audi Hungaria, told the newspaper.
On March 17, Audi announced that production at the plant would cease on March 23 due to the international situation due to the control of the coronavirus epidemic and the uncertainty in the supply of parts.
