The decision is based on the following reasons: “The Government of Hungary declared a state of emergency in Government Decree 40/2020 (III.11.)
The decision also establishes that the export of medicines listed by the Medicines Agency to the environment can cause a disruption of supply, which can be an obstacle to the health and safety of Hungarian citizens, therefore, the issuance of a export ban is justified.All this leads to the conclusion that Hungary is preparing for the spread of coronary heart disease.
