The Rural Mitigation Regulation establishes:

  • For your benefit and that of your family, a person over 65 years old can visit a grocery store, a pharmacy, a pharmacy, a health care store between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00 p.m.
  • Only people over 65 can be present at the grocery store, drugstore, pharmacy, drugstore, pharmacy, except those employed there, between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00 p.m.
  • The procedure to keep the market open in the open settlement and the procedure for visits to the market for people over 65 can be provided by the local government differently from this Decree.

  • All stores can be opened and visited by customers.

  • It is prohibited to stay inside the catering store, except for the employees there. An exception is the delivery and transportation of takeaways.
  • The beach and outdoor spa are open and open to the public.
  • The open-air museum and zoo are open and open to the public.
  • The services are freely available to anyone, the store that operates to provide the service can be opened and visited.
  • The store operator guarantees the necessary conditions to maintain the safety distance.
  • In the restaurant business, compliance with the safety distance must be understood table by table.
  • From the entry into force of this Decree until September 1, 2020, the operator of the catering store will not be obliged to pay the public land use fee for the terrace of the catering store that operates in the public area.

  • A person who violates the protection measure provided for in these Regulations and the rules to guarantee the conditions to maintain the safety distance will be guilty of an infraction.
  • In case of violation of the rules, the minimum amount of the fine is five thousand forints, the highest amount is five hundred thousand forints.
  • In case of violation of the rules, the amount of the fine on the site is tv. Contrary to Section 99 (2), it varies from five thousand forints to one hundred thousand forints, and in the case of repeated violations to one hundred and fifty thousand forints.
  • The points of the regulation will take effect on May 4.

To Budapest and Pest County and the following regulation was issued:

  • The curfew remains in the capital of Budapest and Pest County.
  • 71/2020 in curfew. (III. 27.) and Government Decree 95/2020 on the extension of the access restriction. (IV. 9.) covers the territory of the capital of Budapest and the county of Pest.
  • These Regulations will enter into force on May 4, 2020.

Events nationwide.
