What happened to ‘De Bachelorette’?

Clare Crawley was set to be the Bachelorette, but filming for her season had to be suspended due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. During the filming break, she began chatting with contestant Dale Moss.

“One of her potential boys found a way to get in touch with her and she started talking,” a source told Folk. “By the time the filming officially started, they were basically in love. No one else stood a chance. It became just so clear from her next few dates that her heart was not in it and that she just did not feel it. Then she said she wanted to leave. ”

Two weeks after filming, she told producers she did not want to continue with the show. They could then bring in Tayshia Adams from the season of Colton Underwood The bachelor to become the Bachelorette.

But then former Bachelorette Becca Kufrin and Peter Weber winner Hannah Ann Sluss were all tracked down in Palm Springs along with the rest of the crew. So now no one is sure what exactly is going on.

Chris Harrison left set

Filming for The Bachelorette had to be relocated to Palm Springs so that the cast and crew could be quarantined together and minimize the risk of COVID-19 spread. But Harrison recently broke quarantine to drop his son off in college.

“Just like he’s gone,” Harrison took a picture of himself and his son. “Thought the big man leaving college today @texaschristianuniversity would crush me, but all I could feel was pride and excitement. Especially now, so grateful they have this opportunity. Enter the world now and have the time of your life my boy. ”

Now, before Harrison is allowed back on set, he will have to quarantine for two weeks.

How does Chris Harrison feel about replacement?

Although Harrison must isolate himself for two weeks, the show must continue. In the meantime, Fletcher is filling in for him and Harrison is not too excited about it.

“The moment he returned, Chris was told he could not put his foot back until he went through another 14-day quarantine,” a source told Us Weekly. “The participants and the crew of the show all had to be quarantined on the property for 14 days before the cameras rolled. But it did not occur to Chris that he would have to do it all over again if he just went away to take his children to college. “

And the host did not take the news too well.

“Chris was not happy that they would quarantine him in Palm Springs for two weeks without working,” the source revealed. “He suggested he just leave his son in the bedroom and leave, all the time social distance.”

But to be safe, the production brought in another host.

“They’re still using JoJo to fill in,” the source said. “She had quarantined herself at her house.”

Harrison may not need to be quarantined for the entire two weeks. More concrete decisions will be made once its COVID-19 results return.
