Gov. Gretchen Whitmer blasts Trump over Michigan song “Gut L Chen K Up”

The feud between President Trump and the Michigan governor erupted when attendees at Trump’s rally in his home state on Saturday night shouted “Lock him!” Gretchen Whitmer once again clashed after shouting no. And the president told the crowd, “Lock them all up.”

Governor – “It needs to be stopped,” which was the target of a failed kidnapping plot by the FBI last week – Wrote on Twitter.

“This is exactly the rhetoric that has endangered the lives of me, my family and other government officials while we are trying to save the lives of our fellow Americans,” he wrote.

Whitmer’s tweet to thousands of fans in Muscat on Saturday linked to a presidential clip saying “they need your governor to think about opening your state.”

“And open your schools. Open your schools. Schools have to be kept open, right? “Some people in the crowd started shouting ‘Lock it up!'” Trump said.

“Lock them all up,” the president responded, continuing to react.

Whitmer’s remarks on Saturday echoed remarks he made about the president last Thursday after authorities announced the arrest of 13 military members who were planning to kidnap him as part of a plot to wreak havoc in the state capital and start a second American Civil War.

What he said after the governor’s criticism was Trump’s refusal to condemn white supremacy and extremism in the US

Trump compared Whitmer to a “dictator” after news broke the kidnapping plot, telling Fox Business News that “people can’t stand it” because of its tough coronavirus lockdown restrictions.

“The head of our state has spent the last seven months rejecting science, rejecting science, rejecting science, in the face of disbelief, to comfort those who spread hatred and fear and hatred and spread hatred.”
