Peace FM radio presenter Kwasi Aboagye has reprimanded Cyril George Carstensen Lutterodt for jumping from one radio station to the other on the grounds that he was wearing his wife’s underwear as a nose mask.

Widely known as Councilor Lutterodt, the public figure was the first on Accra-based Neat FM to discuss a topic about mothers as the world commemorates Mother’s Day on Sunday dressed in a matching hat as always.

A video he shared on his Facebook wall that captured the moment made him reach into his pocket to take out underwear that belonged to his wife to use as a nose mask.

“I have my nasal mask, I don’t want to have a problem with anyone when I’m in town,” she said as she fixed her underwear.

“But this is not a nasal mask. Isn’t it a lady’s underwear? asked the host of the program to which Lutterodt replied: “You are primitive. You are not serious.”

“It’s Mother’s Day; official nose mask. I hate being arrested for not wearing a mask. Look at the size. Your wife’s size is what you’re supposed to be wearing. This is my wife’s pants; don’t wear a new pair of pants. Wear one you have worn before. This is a sign of showing motherhood on behalf of your children to your wife. “

Lutterodt, who works with the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital as a radiologist, mentioned that President Akufo-Addo’s directive to the general public that everyone should wear nasal masks to avoid contracting the coronavirus must be followed and has chosen to pay attention and celebrate his wife at the same time.

Appearing in the Peace FM Entertainment Review on Saturday, Lutterodt wore the same panty as a nose mask and reiterated the purpose of his action.

Kwasi Aboagye, host of the show, found the action disgusting while scolding Lutterodt.

“You are embarrassing your wife. Are you saying this is your wife’s panties, so are you showing your wife’s panties to the public?” He replied.

Kwasi Aboagye’s comment was repeated by his panelists: Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo, Socrate Safo and Michael Ola, who also found Lutterodt’s position worrying.

They suggested that the controversial public figure needs advice because her actions are awkward and absurd.
