Ghana U-20 captain Daniel Barnie Afriyie returns to the starting lineup when coach Karim Zito appoints his team to face the Young Stallions of Burkina Faso.
The Hearts of Oak midfielder fell in the semifinal against Niger on Tuesday.
Afriyie takes the place of Issah Huda. Also in the lineup is Ofori McCarthy, who starts ahead of Abdul Mugees Zakaria.
Danlad Ibrahim maintains his position in office. The four behind who appeared in the semi-finals against Niger have not changed.
Ofori McCarthy will team up with Emmanuel Essiam in the heart of the field. Percious Boah leads the attack with Mathew Anim and Sulemana Mohammed to operate on the wings.
