Ayawaso West Wuogon MP, Lydia Alhassan
On Sunday, Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia gathered people in the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency to vote en masse for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) candidate in the 2020 elections for a member of Parliament for the area.
In a very crowded durbar in Mempeasem to culminate the Party’s campaign to retain the seat, the vice president advised supporters and supporters to vote en masse for Ms. Alhassan to allow her to continue the commendable work she is doing.
He added: “I am pleading with you, Lydia is a hardworking MP. I plead with all of you to vote for Lydia Seyram Alhasan to continue her good works for the constituency.”
He reiterated that Ms. Alhassan had demonstrated immense loyalty and love for the country and the electorate.
She expressed the hope that they would have the same confidence in her when they went to the polls in December.
