Vote for Akufo-Addo based on your record – First Lady

The First Lady, Mrs. Rebecca Akufo-Addo, has asked the public to vote for the New Patriotic Party (PNP) led by President Nana Akufo-Addo based on its development history.

Ms. Akufo-Addo made the call when she made an official visit to the Ablekuma South constituency as part of her campaign tour of the Greater Accra region.

According to her, the good record that the PNP has established should be the reason the government sticks around for another four years.

He noted that the governing government’s Free SHS, One District, One Factory, Planting for Food and Jobs and NABCo policies are having a positive impact on the lives of Ghanaians.

“Right now, Free SHS has helped Ghanaians and many people are benefiting. The government has also established more factories across Ghana that are creating jobs for citizens, NaBCO has also come to tackle the problem of youth unemployment, ”he emphasized.

Addressing a meeting, he said that President Akufo-Addo has started a process that will take the country to another level of development.

“Everyone has seen how through the leadership of President Akufo-Addo, the country is changing and we must support him and the NPP government so that the change is permanent,” he urged.

With less than two months before the general election, Ms. Akufo-Addo called on all voters to peacefully come out to vote on December 7 for the PNP and the PNP parliamentary candidate from Ablekuma South, Bernard Brown.

She said: “We are a peaceful country and we have demonstrated this by holding free, fair and peaceful elections over the years.”

The First Lady also pledged to contact the appropriate authorities to address concerns raised by fishermen and vendors in the constituency.

“As soon as I get home, I will speak to the president about outboards and personally see that the Tuesday market is completed in time for you to continue operating,” he said.

Ablekuma South nuclear power plant parliamentary candidate Bernard Brown in a brief comment said the nuclear power plant is the best option for Ghana’s continued development and called on constituents to retain the nuclear power plant for another four years to ensure the future of the country.
