United Showbiz host Nana Ama Mcbrown stopped by an Accra circuit court facility today as the Bulldog trial begins.
The actress is reportedly expected to testify as a prosecution witness in an ongoing trial involving the artist manager and entertainment expert Bulldog.
Bulldog is alleged to have threatened the President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dakwa Akuffo-Addo, while he was a panelist on one of the many editions of the program hosted by Nana Ama McBrown.
The court heard that Bulldog threatened that the president would not finish his second term if Menzgold’s clients were not paid their deposits.
He was arrested by personnel from the National Intelligence Office formally known as BNI following the comments, but was released on bail days later.
Nana Ama McBrown, who hosted the show, was in court today as she is expected to testify against Bulldog. A video posted on his Instagram page confirmed his presence in court this morning.
He was in court with the UTV Head of Productions, Mr. Roger Quartey.
Unconfirmed reports claimed that the actress’s attorney told the court that she cannot be forced to testify if she does not want to.
