USMNT coach Gregg Berhalter has included 17-year-old England youth international Yunus Musah, along with nine other limitless players, on his 24-man roster for a pair of friendlies later this month.
The youth squad (the average age is 21 years, 300 days) is made up entirely of players who practice their trade abroad.

Borussia Dortmund midfielder Gio Reyna, the son of former United States captain Claudio Reyna, is one of nine other non-playing players on the squad.
Along with Reyna and Musah, who may also represent Ghana, Johnny Cardoso from Internacional also received the nod.
Born to Brazilian parents, Cardoso is the first player in 24 years to win a US call-up while playing for a club outside of Concacaf or UEFA. Another dual national is former Telstar forward Sebastián Soto, who in addition to the United States is eligible to represent Mexico and Chile.

Among the other squads are nine players participating in the UEFA Champions League, including RB Leipzig’s Tyler Adams, Barcelona’s Sergino Dest, Juventus’s Weston McKennie and Chelsea’s Christian Pulisic.
Pulisic had been a question on the roster after injuring his hamstring during the warm-up for last weekend’s game against Burnley. However, at a press conference ahead of Wednesday’s Champions League game against Rennes, Chelsea manager Frank Lampard said a scan of the injury revealed that it was “very minor” but that he would not play on Wednesday.
“We are excited to bring this group back together,” Berhalter said in a statement. “I’m proud of the way the players have handled the tough times; they really stuck together. We have built a solid foundation and now have the opportunity to continue our work together ahead of what will be a critical 12 months for our team.” .
The USMNT will play Wales, who will not feature manager Ryan Giggs, first on November 12 before traveling to Austria to play Panama on November 16.
Due to conditions related to the pandemic, matches will be played without fans in stadiums. Participants have received a quarantine exemption provided to professional sports organizations.
The match against Wales will be the USMNT’s first game since February when they beat Costa Rica 1-0.
Players will report to camp beginning November 8.
