Two girls in Kumasi have been kidnapped
Two seniors from Saint Louis High School (JHS) in Kumasi have reportedly been abducted.
After the school closed on Friday, the victims reportedly took a taxi to transport them to Breman UGC, where they live with their parents.
Upon reaching Suame in the afternoon, the taxi driver deviated from the main route and took the girls to the Suame Magazine, an area they do not know.
One of the girls who managed to call her brother with the phone of one of the suspects who had dropped it in the room where they had their victims said: “We are 10 people in the room. The boys and their bodyguards are sleeping with us. One of the girls who previously called her father on her own phone was stabbed with a knife. “
He added, “At the moment I can’t tell you where we are because I don’t know the area; all I know is that we are close to the Hotel Nuroom ”.
The father of one of the victims who was with the Suame Police search team collapsed over the matter.
The Ashanti Regional Police Command has been informed about the development of the deployment of additional men to rescue the girls and other victims.
