Blues interest in West Ham United Declan Rice It has been well documented, but Haaland’s association with the likes of Timo Werner, Christian Pulisic, and Hakim Ziyech would be very intriguing.
Bringing in those two players will be a costly proposition for Stamford Bridge, with the Hammers targeting £ 70 million for Rice and Haaland with a £ 68 million release clause. To complicate a possible raid for Haaland, it is reported that the clause cannot be activated until 2022.
Having spent £ 220 million on new players last summer, Mangiante suggests that Chelsea will potentially download Antonio rudiger, Andreas Christensen, Jorginho, Marcos Alonso, Ross Barkley, Danny Drinkwater and Victor Moses to finance the waste.
Haaland has been linked to moves with Real Madrid and Manchester City.

08.00 GMT: Manchester United hopes to get a work permit for the Atalanta winger Amad Diallo to add the teen to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team during the January transfer window.
Sources have told ESPN’s Mark Ogden that United are now in the process of applying for their Waiver from the Governing Body with the English Football Association.
United closed a deal worth an initial € 21 million for Diallo on the last day of the summer transfer window in October, but were unable to bring the 18-year-old to Manchester due to constant wait for the player born in Ivory Coast for an Italian passport.
Sources told ESPN that the passport issue has now been resolved, and that Diallo received his Italian documents earlier this month. But he has not yet received authorization to play in England and is still waiting for the UK government to approve United’s application for a work permit. Sources said, however, that United has received positive indications that Diallo will receive the necessary paperwork in the coming weeks.
PAPER TALK (by Danny Lewis) Liverpool shows interest in Grealish

Real Madrid are favorites to sign Bayern Munich David AlabaBut Manchester United are looking to hijack the deal, according to the Daily Star.
The Austrian international has decided to leave Bavaria after not reaching an agreement on a new contract. While there is understandably a lot of interest in the versatile defender, United are said to be “sure” they will be able to sign him.
Alaba has been free to speak to the clubs since January 1 and Bayern chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has accepted the idea that the defender will leave.
