A boy identified as Hope, who was labeled a wizard by his family, has now become the best man during the marriage ceremony of a man known as a Danish helper who redeemed him about five years ago.
The boy who was disowned by his family about four years ago was saved by Danish aid, Anja Ringgren Loven, and her team after he was seen wandering aimlessly down the street.
Danish aid’s wife, better known as Ms. Loven, posted some photos of Hope in a heartwarming mood.
In his own words:
“In exactly 40 days today, we are going to celebrate that Hope was rescued 5 years ago. To be exact, Hope was rescued on January 30, 2016.
I can’t wait 40 days to share these photos of Hope. He is simply too cute and handsome. Last week Hope was Don Udowan’s best man, our Education officer’s wedding and Hope just shone like a little star.
Looking back, it’s hard to believe that 5 years have already passed. I remember the day we rescued Hope like it was yesterday.
