Mrs. Freda Darko, a businesswoman, has made a passionate appeal to President Nana Akufo-Addo to stop one of her bodyguards, Prince Mohammed, from intimidating her.

According to the businesswoman, Mohammed is trying to take her land in Shiashie, which he bought from her about 21 years ago, by force.

In the petition, she said that upon hearing that Mohammed had sent ground guards to the site where construction had started, she went there to speak to them, but one of them tried to assault her, so she had to quickly leave the site.

“They even attacked my son, who was seen recording a video of what was happening on the ground. He had to buy some painkillers at the pharmacy because one of them slapped him hard, ”he said.

Showing photographs of the land guards who had cut down all the trees that were planted some 21 years ago for demarcation purposes, Ms Darko pleaded with the President to “call Mohammed to order.”

Muhammad, according to her, had threatened to make her “flee the earth.”

The land in question, according to authentic documents spotted by Modern Ghana Online, originally and genuinely belongs to Madam Freda Darko.

He bought the land in 1999 and has all the official documents to show, including all title deeds.

She revealed that after a few years, a man who introduced himself as Chief Shiashie known as Nii Opremele also appeared claiming ownership and even told her that he had won a case against Mr. Tetteh Apan of the Apankye We stool landlords.

Nii Opremire claimed that the judge ruled in her favor and the judgment had stated that Mrs. Freda should prepare a ‘LEASE ATTENDANCE’ (Nii Opremle) for her.

“We made him the ‘LEASE ATTENDANCE’ and I paid for the three parcels as he stated, which means that only one parcel that I bought, I have paid for two parts in dispute. I did all the documents to cover it up and they have returned this time, they have the backing of some people in high positions in the current government.

“… I bought a large sheep, yam and some other items for the ATONEMENT OF THE LEASE and paid all the money that I demanded.” She noted sadly.

After all this, Nii Opremire happened to cede a part of the land to someone and the case is in court now.

He stressed that the attorney for the people who have been wrongfully handed over the land is Mr. Godfred Dame, who is the current Deputy Minister of Justice and Attorney General, has ceaselessly frustrated his efforts to achieve Justice.

He is concerned that Mr. Dame, who has been using the Akufo Addo, Prempeh and Co. law firm, is still in the case, noting that there can never be justice when he has an interest in the case.
