Stonebwoy featured on Sean Paul’s ‘Live N Livin’ album

International Jamaican music producer and superstar Sean Paul has praised Ghanaian dancehall artist Stonebwoy for his commitment to authentic dancehall music.

Sean Paul featured Stonebwoy on his latest album entitled ‘Live N Livin’ which was released on March 12.

The album also featured talented international artists such as Mavado, Buju Banton, Busy Signal, and many others.

Stonebwoy is the only guest artist who is not a Jamaican artist to appear on the album.

Sean Paul recruited Stonebwoy for the remix of his song, ‘Guns of Navarone’, which also featured Jesse Royal and Mutabaruka.

Sean Paul, in an online interaction, pointed out that there are some artists outside of Jamaica who are doing dancehall, but they don’t actually represent the real dancehall songs.

“Some artists don’t even admit that what they are doing is dancehall, they just create the impression that they are being creative, but Stonebwoy travels to Jamaica for their productions, which means that he respects the authentic genre created in the roots and I respect that”, Sean Paul said.

Sean Paul added that he has read a lot about Burniton Music Group Boss and likes how he does his style of music and really admires it.

BEATWAVES He deduced that since Stonebwoy joined the music industry, he has won the hearts of many music lovers in the country with his singing skills and stage performances.

His music attracted a large fan base around the world, having performed in the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Italy, the Netherlands, among others.

He has also shared the stage with international acts such as Lauryn Hill, Alkaline, Busy Signal, Popcaan, Morgan Heritage, Wizkid and many others.

Stonebwoy has also worked and performed on various local platforms alongside a number of celebrated Ghanaian artists.
