On Tuesday, November 10, 2020, a video appeared online purporting to be of an attack on Shatta Wale and his entourage.
The narration in the video suggested that the Dancehall musician and his team had been attacked in Krofrom.
The attack was said to be from some people who were upset that Shatta Wale did not attend the funeral of Junior US, a friend of the music star who died in the United States last year.
But in a post on his Facebook page on Wednesday, November 11, 2020, Shatta Wale attributed the rumor to his detractors while wondering why anyone should think he has been targeted.
Laughing at the rumor, Shatta Wale revealed that he had just successfully shot a video, but what all the naysayers can talk about is an attack that hadn’t happened.
He said that it was that mindset that was leading him to lead those people with negative thoughts for many years.
At the end of his post he asked for peace to reign.
“Still in Kumerica having fun as usual and the unhappy say I was attacked why? If I may ask? We just had this successful session and the only thing they can talk about is this. No wonder I’m still leading them 50 Millions of years ahead. May peace reign. #KIP “.
