Schools in Cameroon are reopening and students are expected to take turns learning in overcrowded schools to ensure social distancing.

Some students will learn in the morning while others will report to school in the afternoon.

Only elementary and middle school students are expected to resume their activities on Monday, and colleges will reopen on October 15.

The government has published guidelines to follow to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

All students except those in classes one through three and are expected to wear masks.

Hand washing points will be provided around the school premises.

Schools closed in March due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Seniors took the exams again, but those from Anglophone regions have been experiencing difficulties due to the separatist rebellion.
