Gyamfi, in a press conference at the party headquarters in Accra, claimed that some evidence gathered by the party so far has established the point that the EC led by Jean Mensa in some polling stations decided to reduce the votes of the NDC candidate. , John Dramani Mahama. , and added more figures to the votes of candidate Akufo-Addo.

He indicated that what the party has detected in its audit of the pink sheets is a “naked robbery.”

“However, the total number of votes cast at the polling station is 466, as recorded on the front of the pink sheet. If this is not evidence of voter fraud, then what is? ”He questioned.

“Mind you, this is just one of thousands of cases of overvoting that we have uncovered through our thorough audit of the pink sheets,” he added.

Sammy Gyamfi stated, “From the beginning, it was clear that the Election Commission gave the PNP an illegal advantage to cheat. They have been given official ballot papers that were security materials, stamped with the validation seal of the EC … ”

Sammy Gyamfi stressed that the NDC has “all the pink sheets and at the right time, we will make our findings public.”

The EC, within 48 hours after the vote on Wednesday 9 December, declared the current President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the elected president of Ghana, but has changed her figures several times, all of which point to a second round. However, the EC claims that its improper addition of figures and its calculation of percentages are correct.

For example, the EC on Thursday, December 10, issued a statement admitting an error saying that its president, “inadvertently used 13,433,573 as the total valid votes cast.”

John Dramani Mahama, who led the NDC to the 2020 elections, at a press conference after the EC declared President Akufo-Addo the winner of the presidential race, described the results as “flawed and fictitious.”

Mahama claimed that the data available to his party in all 16 regions of Ghana showed that he had won the 2020 presidential elections, insisting that any other pronouncement by the EC was evidence of manipulation of figures.
