Bullhaus Entertainment chief executive officer (CEO) and dancehall artist manager Shatta Wale claims Samini received an undisclosed amount of money to back the New Patriotic Party (NPP) on his new song ‘Kpoyaka’.

According to Bulldog, “Samini cannot sit anywhere and say that he has not received money.” He revealed this while contributing to a discussion about celebrity endorsements of political parties on a television show.

The artistic director said that Samini had taken a 180-degree turn from what he preached during the 2016 election: celebrities backing political parties.

A viral video on social media shows Samini speaking out against celebrities backing political parties in 2016.
According to Bulldog, Samini went to the Savanna region, from where he claims he hails from Samini to campaign for the nuclear power plant on his promise of a single village and a dam; a promise that he claims has not been kept.

He said that Samini was obliged to do it because he was paid and that his people are going to be mad at him.

Bulldog claimed that he had evidence for what he was saying but was unable to provide it and was reluctant to retract his statement against Samini when asked to do so by the host and other experts on the show.
