Barcelona’s new coach, Ronald Koeman, is already beginning to lose confidence in the club despite not having taken over a competitive match.
The details are reported by Marca, who assures that the Dutchman begins to feel distrust in his work environment and believes that he does not have total control of the situation.
Koeman is said to have already started telling those close to him that he feels uncomfortable at the club and is beginning to doubt his role.
Koeman reportedly feels that both the president and his top board of the club’s sports leadership are leaving him somewhat helpless.
The club has yet to make any new signings since the Dutchman was appointed to the Camp Nou, although several veteran players have left the club.
Nelson Semedo, Arturo Vidal, Ivan Rakitic and Luis Suárez left the Blaugrana squad, while the club agreed to a de facto exchange with Juventus for midfielders Arthur Melo and Miralem Pjanic earlier in the summer.
